Candace offers a wide variety of services to fit every need and budget. She even offers consultations by the hour. Below is a list of Services:
Initial Consultation & Pricing
For most interior design projects, the first step is to get to know you and your space. Candace will come to your home or business for an initial two-hour consultation. After assessing your goals for the space, Candace can often give design recommendations during the initial consultation. Should you need additional services, Candace will work with you to decide which of her design services best meet your needs. The cost for the initial consultation is $125. Candace then offers a range of design packages which are completely customized to your needs and your space. Hourly consultation-only services are also offered for do-it-yourselfers.
Custom Design Plans
One of Candace's most popular services, the Custom Design Plan is a customized plan for creating a pulled-together, functional space including color, furniture placement, furniture, lighting, artwork, accessories, flooring and window treatments. It is a blueprint for creating a space where all the design elements work together for a truly unique and harmonious look that reflects your personality and lifestyle. Custom Design Plans are priced based on the level of service you wish and which elements are included. You and Candace will develop your package level at your initial consultation. If you have more than one room you'd like to work on, you can even purchase a different package level for each room. Go to the

Custom Window Treatments Designed on a Picture of Your Windows You Can See Before You Buy!
Custom window treatments are the icing on the cake of your beautiful space. Often even a beautifully-decorated space does not feel finished without window treatments. But do you have trouble visualizing what the different types of window treatments will look like on your windows? There is no need to use your imagination any more because with Candace's window treatment design service, you will be able to
see the window treatments on a picture of your windows! Candace will create a computerized rendering of your treatments directly on top of a picture of your window! This allows you to see what the treatments will look like before a stitch is ever sewn. She can then make changes to style, fabric and trim and assure the design is exactly what you want! This is an
exclusive service which Candace includes in
all her window treatment designs. You can see examples of these computerized designs on the
portfolio page. The charge for an in-home window treatment design consultation, design, fabric, trim and hardware selection is $50. And with your purchase of at least $500 in window treatments, and/or bedding, pillows and upholstery, the $50 will be credited back to you on your final invoice.
Furniture, Art & Accessory Arranging
Whether trying to fit your current furniture and furnishings into a new home or wanting to re-accessorize and re-arrange furniture in your existing home, Candace will be help make your home more comfortable and beautiful. You will have an almost totally new look using many of your existing pieces! She will also recommend any other items you may need to complete your space. This service is offered on a package basis depending on the size of your space.
Accessory Shopping and Arranging
This is a wonderful service for busy working professionals! Candace will assess the needs of your space, purchase items and arrange them in your space for you! You don't have to lift a finger and you will get a complete, decorated look. This service is priced on a package basis depending on the size of your space and the number of items needed. Candace also offers custom floral arranging that will fit perfectly with the rest of the furnishings in your space!
New Construction
Building a custom home can be overwhelming and time-consuming. Let Candace assist you with an overall plan for the general look and feel of your new home or business as well as assist with selecting the finishes that truly express who you are and the way you want to live in your new home. Candace can also help manage the process to make it easier and less overwhelming! Candace will develop a package for this service based on your needs and the size of your home.
Home Staging for Resale
Need to sell your home? The old adage really rings true - you never get a second chance to make a first impression. Home staging is proven - homes that have been successfully staged sell faster, and for more money than homes that are not. Let Candace help you re-arrange furniture, artwork and accessories and give you recommendations for needed updates to make it appeal to the most buyers possible so that it sells quickly and for the most money. Staging services are charged by the hour.
Color Makeover
As a Certified Dewey Color Consultant, Candace will help take the mystery out of incorporating color into your space. During your "Color Makeover," Candace will work with you to come up with your optimum colors and she will give you a two- to three-part color scheme to bring those colors into your space. The custom color scheme and any additional suggestions for how to incorporate the scheme on your walls, flooring, furniture and accessories will be yours to keep after your makeover. You can then implement the plan yourself, or hire Candace to do it for you. Color Makeovers are charged based on a flat fee. For more information on the Dewey Color System, go to
