Custom Design Plan
One of Candace's most popular services, the Design Plan is a customized plan for all the elements of your space, including color, furniture arrangement, furniture, lighting, artwork, accessories, flooring and window treatments. It is a blueprint for creating a space where all the design elements work together for a truly unique, harmonious look and feel. Candace will work with you to create the plan, and when it is complete, it is yours to keep. You can implement the plan yourself, or you can hire Candace to do it for you. Custom Window Treatments You Can See Before you Buy! 
Custom window treatments are the icing on the cake of your beautiful space. For quality, beauty and energy-efficiency, custom window treatments simply cannot be beat. And to help her clients visualize what her designs will look like on their windows, she uses a revolutionary software program to create window treatment designs directly on top of a picture of an actual window! This allows her clients to visualize the treatments before a stitch is ever sewn, thus allowing any changes to style, fabric or trim and assuring the design is exactly what her clients want. New Design (New Home Set-up)
Just moved into a new home, and confused about how to work your current furnishings into your new space? Candace will assist you with furniture arrangement, color choices and accessorizing so that your new house feels like a home. She will also give suggestions for additional furniture and furnishings if needed.  You can see before and after pictures of two New Home Set-up projects on the portfolio page.

Redesign
Want to make some changes in your space, but don't want to start from scratch? Sometimes all you need is a fresh perspective. Candace will help you re-arrange your existing furniture and accessories to help rejuvenate your space. So for a very minimal investment, you will practically have a brand-new space!

 Home Staging
Need to sell your home? The old adage really rings true - you never get a second chance to make a first impression. Home staging is proven - homes that have been successfully staged sell faster, and for more money than  homes that are not. Let Candace help you get your home ready to sell by making it appeal to the most buyers possible so that it sells quickly and for the most most money. 

Color Makeover
Color is one of the most important elements in any space because it affects your mood and functioning while in the space. And it can be one of the easiest things to change, but for a lot of people, it is one of the most-feared elements of interior design. As a Certified Dewey Color Consultant, Candace will help take the mystery out of incorporating color into your space. During your "Color Makeover," Candace will work with you to come up with your optimum colors and she will give you a two- to three-part color scheme to bring those colors into your space. The custom color scheme and any additional suggestions for how to incorporate the scheme on your walls, flooring, furniture and accessories will be yours to keep after your makeover. Fees
Because each design project is unique and customized to your needs and space, we cannot post the cost for a specific project on our website.  But be assured, Candace is dedicated to staying within your budget and timeline while also giving you the highest quality design that fits your needs and space.  Candace also offers great flexibility in her designs so that if you need her to oversee your project, she can, but if you would like to take the design plan and run with it yourself, you are welcome to do so. Candace can be involved as much or as little as your time and budget allow - truly customizing her work to fit your needs.
